The ideals and values of WKND pre-existed way before it became a tangible skateboard company. Like all the best skate companies, WKND began as a crew of friends that just so happened to be absolutely amazing at skateboarding and lucky enough to have a regular slot on The Berrics called 'Weekendtage'.

Their ethos was to lark around, make humorous videos, not take themselves too seriously and all whilst putting out some great skate footage! A few years back filmer and head honcho, Grant Yansura brought WKND as a company into being, that now has a bolstering team with the likes of Johan Stuckey, Jordan Taylor and Christian Maalouf.
