UK Shipping Rates:

Orders of £80 and Above - 

  • Standard (2 Working Days - Order Before 2pm) = Free*
  • Express (Next Working Day - Order Before 2pm) = £4.99

*Some exceptions apply as occasionally an item will require special packaging e.g. collectable footwear.

Orders Under £80 - 

  • Standard (2 Working Days - Order Before 2pm) = £2.99
  • Express (Next Working Day - Order Before 2pm) = £4.99

    International Shipping Rates:

    PLEASE BE AWARE THAT NOW THAT THE UK HAS LEFT THE EUROPEAN UNION YOU MAY BE LIABLE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES.

    These are set and regulated by the destination country and we have no control over these charges. If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to such taxes please check with your local import office.

    Welcome Skate Store are not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country's national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country's national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by Welcome Skate Store in any way.

    Please note that postage charges are non-refundable.

    Next Working Day (Mainland UK Only). Providing you placed your order before 1pm, your order will we be shipped the same day and usually arrive the next working day (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays) although unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

    Signing for Deliveries. Some deliveries will require a signature. If you know you are going to be unable to provide a signature you can specify a work address to have your order shipped to as long as it is a registered business.

    Tracking. You will receive a dispatch notification via email when your order has been processed and despatched. This notification will also include a link to your order's tracking information.

    Geographical Sales Restrictions. We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected EU / Worldwide Countries, for unlisted EU / Worldwide shipping costs please contact us at info@welcomeleeds.com for a quote.

    Double Boxed Footwear. Some products (e.g. some Nike SB Footwear) will be shipped in protective cardboard boxes. However, shoeboxes may still sustain some superficial damage during the shipping of these products.

    These products will incur a higher shipping charge which will be clearly stated in the product's description. If orders including these products are canceled, shipping costs won't be refunded due to the extra packaging materials used at the processing stage.

     

    Return and Exchange Policy

    You may return your merchandise for a full refund or exchange for another item within 28 days of receipt, thius applies to all purchases except footwear which must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We cannot refund your original postage costs if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. If you have any queries please contact us on 0113 2340185. Please complete the return form that you can download here, repack the item(s) in the box / packet your order was shipped in (or something comparable) and return to Welcome Skate Store, 10-12 Thornton's Arcade, Leeds, UK, LS1 6LQ.

     

    Shipping and Handling

    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you use Royal Mail and get a proof of postage. Please do not use Special Delivery before 9am as we open at 10am!

     

    Clothing

    All items must be unused and include the original packaging 
with all tags attached. If you plan to return an item of clothing please keep it clean. Once clothing has been worn and / or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

     

    Shoes

    Shoes must be unworn and include the original undamaged packaging. We recommend that you try your new shoes on inside as this will help keep them clean and returnable. If you do plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on. Please return the shoes in the original manufacturers box they were shipped in but do not tape, label or damage this box. Use a mailing bag or paper to cover the exterior of the shoebox. Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

     

    Skateboard Decks and Hardware

    All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition. Once a deck or other items of hardware have been assembled they cannot be returned or exchanged. Welcome Skate Store does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks (a pressure crack is usually a sign of normal wear and tear and is nothing to worry about). Welcome Skate Store is not responsible for the actual deck colour and/or dimensions. All deck returns will be assessed by the manufacturer and are subject to their discretion.

     

    DVDs

    DVDs can only be returned unopened and in the original packaging.

     

    Defective Merchandise

    Welcome Skate Store does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. If we find the item is faulty due to manufacturing defect or otherwise we will reimburse the incurred shipping costs up to the value of £10.
