Originally rising to prominence in the early 90's the Egg Shape skateboard decks got re-popularised in the 2020's and hasn't shown any sign of leaving again.

The egg shape features a wider round centre which tapers to a pointed, nose and tail. Egg shape boards tend to have a shorter wheelbase which has become a staple for skateboarders.
