Introducing: the Nike SB Air Force 1 - a subtle reimagining of the legendary Nike Air Force 1 but made for skateboarding. Blending the classic AF1 style with performance-driven design, this new silhouette has been (re)built from the ground up for functional life on the board.

The Nike SB Air Force 1 takes the look of the classic low-top and upgrades it with skate-specific innovation. An Air unit in the heel provides impact protection, while a lower midsole enhances board feel. A reworked herringbone tread pattern delivers improved grip and flexibility.

Developed in close collaboration with the Nike SB team, the design is based on real feedback from skateboarders, resulting in a shoe that feels comfortable and ready to ride straight out of the box, but without compromising the DNA of the original.

Since its inception in 2002, Nike SB has constantly reimagined and redesigned its own back catalogue to fit the needs of skateboarders with a focus on durability, board feel, and impact protection.

The Nike SB Air Force 1 builds on the 43 year legacy of the Air Force 1 low, originally released as a basketball shoe with Air technology and later becoming a streetwear staple, this new iteration carries it into a new era, where performance and culture meet.
